Q: How do I schedule a pick-up?

A: Schedule your free pick-up online by clicking here or call us toll free at 1(800)274-1135 to speak with a RPOCO professional! We pick up donations Monday- Friday starting at 8am.

Q: What items do you need?

A: We greatly appreciate unwanted clothing, shoes, stuffed animals, toys, bedding & linens, handbags & accessories

Q: What items do you not accept?

A: furniture, appliances, books, baby cribs, mattresses and glassware

Q: What happens to my donated items?

A: Your donated items get reused and reworn by less fortunate individuals in the US, South America, Africa and Eastern Europe. They do not get shredded but are given a second chance by a second owner.

Q: Will I get a tax-deductible receipt?

A: Yes, our driver will leave you a tax-deductible receipt. If for some reason you do not find a receipt at your door, you may print a receipt by clicking here or call us toll-free at 1(800)274-1135.

Q: Do I have to be home on the scheduled day?

A: We do not require anyone to be home on the pick-up date! Simply place your bags outside by 8am and they will get picked up sometime during the day. The driver will leave a tax-deductible receipt in your door! Its that easy!
